  • Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World, Mark Williams, Danny Penman

  • The Mindful Way Through Depression, Freeing Yourself From Chronic Unhappiness
    Mark Williams, John Teasdale, Zindel V. Segel


  • The Neuroscience of Change, Kelly McGonigal

  • Fear: Essential Wisdom for Getting Through the Storm
    Thich Nhat Hanh


  • The Power Of Now, Eckhart Tolle

  • Going to PIeces Without Falling Apart: A Buddhist Perspective on Wholeness

  • 10% Happier, Dan Harris

  • Self-Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself, Kristin Neff

  • Eckhart Tolle

  • Dan Harris

  • Pope Francis

I'm sure there are more, but these core people have very much given me my life back in some way.

Also, Brene Brown, Kelly McGonigal and Kristin Neff and Pope Francis all have very powerful TED talks online that I would highly recommend.
