About The Event
Spend an early Monday morning finding focus and purpose for the work week ahead. Kim Douglass will lead 1-3 assorted mindfulness meditations, followed by group discussion. Mindfulness meditation focuses on present moment experience. Kim will invite you to strengthen your concentration by focusing on your breath, as well as learning to experience the present moment through your senses, thoughts and emotions. This is an all-levels meditation. No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.
