About The Event

Join Kim Douglass and David Behrens on a quest to reach deeper states of relaxation and get more quality sleep using the power of mindfulness.  

One issue that many of us have that goes unexamined is the inability to relax. We push ourselves and expect to accomplish more, but we don't know how to come out of the stress cycle.

Learn some of the latest science on sleep and deep relaxation and how to more easily tap into your parasympathetic nervous system.

You'll leave this workshop armed with practical solutions, helpful techniques, and the latest information from the scientific world (as well as resources to use after the workshop)!

Tickets are only 45 Euro (80 Euro when tickets are purchased in pairs), and there are only 10 spots available. A light vegan lunch is included.
