Join certified Mindfulness, Meditation and MBSR instructor, Kim Douglass as she explores how modern living can leave us feeling overwhelmed, overworked, overstressed (and a lot of other 'overs'). She will provide helpful tools and insights to help get back on track and rejuvenated without having to run away and join the circus.
No previous mindfulness or meditation knowledge necessary.
Tea and snacks will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
