About The Event
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a course designed to bring more awareness to our daily living, giving participants a better understanding of themselves and the world around them. It can help open a world of new possibilities, help participants get "unstuck", feel less overwhelmed by life, and change their relationship with stress.
This is an 8-Week course that meets on EIGHT Sunday evenings from 17:00-19:30. Exact dates are as follows:
Sunday, April 29 (First class will run until 20:00 as there will be introductions, etc).
Sunday, May 6, 13, 27
Sunday, June 3, 10, 17, 24
Kim Douglass is a certified MBSR instructor through Mindful Academy, Spain. She has personally found mindfulness and meditation an asset to her life and is now on a mission to share it with others.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you complete the registration you will be send an invoice via email. Once you receive your invoice, you will have three (3) days in which to complete payment (unless other arrangements are made).
