A Day of Mindfulness
This "mini-retreat" gives you a chance to disconnect from the world (digital and otherwise) and reconnect with your inner wisdom. We will practice mindful sitting, walking, movement (light yoga) and eating.

About The Event
This is a partial day to spend time (mostly in silence) to reconnect with yourself. Everyone is welcome to attend. No previous mindfulness or meditation experience necessary. There will be a short introduction to mindfulness to start the day and various short discussions within the group. The day will include a 1.5 hour walk around the Schlachtensee, so wear or bring appropriate shoes and dress for any adverse weather. Also, you may want to bring or wear comfortable clothing to meditate in (there is a changing room at the studio). If you have and use a meditation cushion, it may be advised to bring it along. There will be a few available for attendees. There are plenty of yoga mats and blankets on site.
A vegetarian lunch is included in the price of this event.
In consideration for other attendees, please arrive a bit early and be prepared to begin at 10:30.

This reduced rate is available to current and past students of Common Humanity's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.
Regular Rate Single Ticket
This is a single ticket to A Day of Mindfulness. This ticket is for people that have not taken an MBSR course with Common Humanity.
