Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a course designed to bring more awareness to our daily living, giving participants a better understanding of themselves and the world around them. It can help open a world of new possibilities, help participants get "unstuck", feel less overwhelmed by life, and change their relationship with stress.
This is an 8-Week course that meets on EIGHT Wednesday evenings from 6:30-9:00 pm (18:30-21:00). Exact dates are as follows:
Wednesday, February 13 (First class will run until 21:30 as there will be introductions, etc).

Kim Douglass is a certified MBSR instructor through Mindful Academy, Spain. She has personally found mindfulness and meditation an asset to her life and is now inspired to share it with others.
