Join me every Tuesday and Thursday as I hold space for the community during this unprecedented interruption in our lives.
Holding Space for everyone with any level of experience. I will guide one or two short meditations, and we'll share
(or not, depending on our collective "mood"). This is about keeping our practices going, or starting a new one. It's about looking after our mental health as well as our physical. It's about seeing people other than the ones in your house.
Drop-in whatever days suit you. I'll try it through April, and we'll see how it goes. I'd love to see you there.
