We believe that mindfulness and meditation
should be practiced by and accessible to
EVERYONE.

 

Common Humanity is Berlin's English-speaking center for mindfulness. We are building a community interested in growing, learning and healing together through mindfulness, mindful meditation, and mindful movement. 

 

What does

Common Humanity Do?

 

 

We offer Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, mindfulness workshops, day-long "mini-retreats" and lead group meditation sessions.

We have also developed a Work Mindful program that can be tailored to any organization interested in bringing mindfulness into their workplace.
